INVITATION TO BID

Notice is hereby given that the Johnson County Fire Protection District #2 is seeking sealed bids for Liability, Property and Casualty, Accident and Sickness, Worker’s Compensation and other Insurance Coverages. The vendor must guarantee the quoted prices for a period of one year. The District reserves the right to terminate the contract for any violation, by the successful bidder, of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies.

Bid specification packets may be obtained by emailing: info@jcfpd2.com or calling: 816-732-8675 or at the Fire District’s office located at 1352 NW 565 Road, Holden MO. All sealed bids will be due no later than Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 3:30pm. The Johnson County Fire Protection District #2 reserves the right to reject any or all bids as submitted and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the District. All questions should be directed to: District Fire Chief David Miller at 816-732-8675. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am through 4:00pm, closed daily from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch.
